DIAMOND TRADE-UP POLICY

We hope you enjoy your new diamond jewelry. A diamond purchase from Ross-Simons provides reassurance for today and for many years to come. However, if you decide at any point after your purchase that you would like to trade it for a bigger, higher grade or just different diamond, we welcome you back to pick out something that better fits your current lifestyle. It's that simple: For more than 50 years, Ross-Simons has stood behind our policy of assuring your continued satisfaction.

TERMS

Valid only on the following items: loose solitaire diamonds, diamond engagement rings, diamond solitaire earrings, diamond solitaire pendants, & three-stone diamond rings. Diamond(s) must be in original undamaged condition. Diamond(s) must be in original Ross-Simons mounting. The trade-up purchase must at least be in the amount of the first purchase price plus 50%. A copy of this policy and original receipt must accompany any trade-up. Sales tax is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward trade-up. Ross-Simons reserves the right to revoke this policy at any time and for any reason.
